The location was perfect - very close to Orchard Road and easily accessible from most major tourist attractions. The staff were helpful, especially Yin Yin at the reception were really nice to assist us. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. Plus, the hotel provided a free laundry room with new and well-maintained machines, a big plus for longer stays.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

Conveniently located, well-appointed apartment with helpful staff. Lovely pool and spa. Kitchenette in apartment met all our needs. Great location close to shopping and public transportation. Friendly staff and well-equipped common spaces for cooking and laundry.

The location of this serviced apartment is perfect for those interested in visiting the National Museum of Singapore, as it is near the sitting area. it is close to Orchard Road, providing easy access to shops and eateries. Guests can also enjoy a cup of coffee at the nearby mall. The rooms are tidy and clean, with some units even equipped with a washer/dryer for convenience. The staff provides excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.
The exhaust in the kitchen does not seem to be working properly, which can result in a lingering smell throughout the apartment.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with exclusive amenities such as a jacuzzi and sun loungers, that made me not want to leave. the beautifully kept garden area and outdoor swimming pool provided an idyllic setting to relax in.
The only minor issue was the location. Although it was conveniently situated, it was slightly noisy due to the nearby traffic, which disrupted my relaxation at times.
